    SENIOR STAFF RESERVOIR ENGINEER

    Calculated new drill economics using area type curves and assessed risk based on well spacing, completion design and offset performance. Updated forecasts monthly for PDP properties. Constructed area type curves based on historical performance, completion design and well spacing. Performed well lookbacks to assist in future development decisions.

    SENIOR STAFF COMPLETIONS ENGINEER

    Designed well completions for a 10-20 rig drilling program in the Midland Basin Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations. Successfully designed and implemented a field trial using dissolvable diverters to use as a cost-effective replacement for frac plugs and to improve efficiency. Wrote and presented findings at the SPE ATCE.

    Managed completions operations for a 10-rig Arkoma and Anadarko drilling program consisting of 3 frac crews, drill-out crews and a completions team consisting of a foreman, superintendent and staff engineer. Responsible for completion optimization which included designing and implementing a 20-well plug and perf field trial; production increased 43% over wells with a standard OH completion.

    Supervised the northwest completions team for the Fayetteville Shale. Designed well completions for a fast-paced, 1.7 BCFD drilling and completions program in the Fayetteville Shale, AR. Personally completed over 150 wells in 2 years. Planned, evaluated and modeled completion design tests using MShale software.

    Responsible for all engineering duties including monitoring production by communicating daily with field staff, generating workover procedures, overseeing workover operations and running economics using PHDWin software. Areas of operation included east Texas, West Texas and Michigan.

    Managed pipeline and compressor installation projects ranging in cost from $3-50 million dollars. Duties include coordinating construction crews, procurement of materials and cost tracking.

    Completed a field study for a deep gas field in northern Michigan. Results included permitting, drilling and completing new wells, designing and successfully implementing a fracture stimulation program to accelerate production and installing compressor upgrades to decrease costs and improve efficiency. Planned and successfully executed oil and gas well recompletion workovers in Tinsley, MS to increase production. Analyze economics with Aries Software for budget planning and to determine viability of capital projects.
